In Borgomanero (NO), in the traditional Colli Novaresi wine area, the Winery separately vinifies the following DOC-labels wines, which are then aged in oak barrels: Nebbiolo, Vespolina, Croatina and Uva Rara. The winery is converting to organic methods, in order to offer quality wines that are as natural as possible.
