The position of the vines, exposed to alpine air currents, is particularly suitable for growing the local varieties of Nebbiolo, Vespolina, Vitigno Innominabile and Bonarda.

Established in 1965, the cooperative dairy brings together milk producers from the Ossolane Valleys, thanks to respect for the cheesemaking tradition and the environment, maintaining traceability, close attention to quality and genuine, artisan production methods.
